I am seeing if there might be a place for some vintage minibike racing at your events? We have a group of 10-12 friends that have raced out minibikes that are looking for a place to race. We recently raced at Conway Speedway in Conway, SC (.33 mile oval) and the winner had a fastest lap at over 54mph. I will include a link to a forum that has some info about our race in Conway. Feel free to contact me at this email address or my cell at 864-430-8034. Thanks for your time, Wesley Page.

Here is the response that I received:

If you want to race flat track we have a place for you. Our season is drawing to an end with three races left. One in NC and two in Tenn. If you will travel we would love to have you with us to wrap up the season. We have an annual business meeting in January and would like for you and your group to attend. SEMDTRA represents the riders. Look at our web site under bulletin board for more information. Also review our other web pages.www.semdtra.com I would like to talk further with you.
Thank you Mac Johnson President 803-518-3668

What do you guys think??

  1. Let's do this! We need to organize and get this association in motion. Everyone so far has been exited about it. We may be on to something here....

  2. Word on that! Don't hesitate to contact the the SEMDTRA and the track owners and have them call Ricky (Conway Speedway owner) for a referal. Ricky has agreed to have us back as soon as possible and will pay out $500 between the top 3! Ricky also wants us to open for two of his bigest races of the year, around Thanksgiving and New Years if we can get it together. I will make sure he mentions this to anybody that calls. Let me know if you give his # out and I will give him a heads up. His # is 843-446-9353.
