Check out what rolled out of my motor!!
Looks like I am tech support tomorrow. Changing the oil and tire
tonight and this little gem rolled out. Looks like it's time for a new
billet rod. I will be there tomorrow night toolbox in hand ready to do
what I can. No dipper = no lubrication. And my motor like any good
woman loves her lubrication.

I don't think racing on anything larger than 1/2 mile would be much fun on the minis!

Anybody down for some dirt flat-tracking??

Here is an email I sent out to the president of the Southeast Motorcycle Dirt Track Racing Association:

I am seeing if there might be a place for some vintage minibike racing at your events? We have a group of 10-12 friends that have raced out minibikes that are looking for a place to race. We recently raced at Conway Speedway in Conway, SC (.33 mile oval) and the winner had a fastest lap at over 54mph. I will include a link to a forum that has some info about our race in Conway. Feel free to contact me at this email address or my cell at 864-430-8034. Thanks for your time, Wesley Page.

Here is the response that I received:
If you want to race flat track we have a place for you. Our season is drawing to an end with three races left. One in NC and two in Tenn. If you will travel we would love to have you with us to wrap up the season. We have an annual business meeting in January and would like for you and your group to attend. SEMDTRA represents the riders. Look at our web site under bulletin board for more information. Also review our other web pages.www.semdtra.com I would like to talk further with you.
Thank you Mac Johnson President 803-518-3668
What do you guys think??

Uh-oh...
Pulling the old, replacing with new. Is a 1/4" compression ring gap good?? Should be fun to see what replacing that will do.
